The Data Protection (Bailiwick of Guernsey) law, 2017 came into effect on 25th May 2018.

We believe in safeguarding people’s privacy, and fully support any measures that protect our families. 

We treat your contact details and personal information that you will have provided to us with care and confidentiality and only for the service(s) you have contractually requested of us. 

We will only share your information with third parties who require the data in order to facilitate the requested service but will not freely share with other non-related organisations without your permission, unless required to by law. 

You have the right to see the information that we have about you and you have the right to get any inaccurate information we have about you corrected.
